On Mother's Day, we went to Benicia with Nonni. First, we wandered around the waterfront, then went to the
Camellia Tea Room in Benicia for afternoon tea. We had terrific scones and tea sandwiches, and we each had our very own pot of tea (chamomile for Enzo). Enzo found his tea very quaffable--drinking at least four cups of it, as well as several whole sugar cubes. Yuck. There was a lady musician there who, rather impressively, played a harp, a saxophone, a violin and an oboe (not all at once).

It was a bittersweet 
moment taking Enzo's crib apart last Friday night, but Enzo has a big boy bed now (a very springy twin mattress). To celebrate, we had a "big boy bed party" with cake, which we ate on the floor in his room, and a 'pecial surprise in the form of a train sleeping bag. It has so far been a big hit, and Enzo has stayed in his bed every night.
